Here inspired by nature
/My Fraser Island creeper arrangement looked beautiful for about eight days. Last Saturday I created a completely new arrangement. This time, I used three different types of palm leaves together with a swamp orchid, which are currently blooming in the garden.
The exhibition has been very well attended, and I have been visiting twice a week to make sure everything is looking its best. It has also given me the opportunity to have many lovely conversations with the Friends of the Botanical Garden and with visitors to the exhibition.
There are only two more days to go, and on Sunday we will dismantle everything.
I am still very grateful for this wonderful opportunity to show what Ikebana can be — inspired by nature, changing with nature, and always open to new possibilities.
